ES-11 Blue Ocelot by MrJumpManV4 ES-11 Blue Ocelot by MrJumpManV4
ES-11 Ocelot has dual GAU-4 Vulcan 20mm auto cannons equipped on either of its shoulders. The Ocelot is 14 feet tall and can at a stunning speed of 20 MPH, not impressive for cars of its size but definitely fast for its equipment weight. The person inside stands in a similar way to that of a person would at a toilet (number 1), giving it the name "porta potty from hell". The feet of the person only extend halfway down the robots legs, and the persons arms are positioned by the chest where the controls are. A person must take a few months learning the controls by heart in a simulation because there is no actual cockpit where you can look at the controls. Agility and strength are commonly underestimated, it can lift approximately 10-11 tons above its head on a full fuel cell, about the weight of 4 cars. As for its agility it can jump about 5 feet high. BOOO RED MECHS!

This is really cool, except you made the bullets dropping to the ground as well as the spent shells.

If you look closesly it's actually two different types of casing there is an advanced round of some sort inside the casing and the outer casing thingy.

~looks more closely~ yeah, I see it. So, what, the mini gun is shooting two different rounds at once? that equates to 6000 rounds per minute!

no, however my other turret model which fires rounds 50% bigger also shoots at about 250% the speed of this one, check it out its in my 3D gallery.

Nuke? Nuke like in nuclear bomb? srsly?
And why's this so awefully blurry? Is it a vehicle or is it more like a mobile suit? I'm confused.

For a sense of scale its about 14 feet tall.

That's really not tall at all. I'm already about 6 feet tall...

And you know what a real gatling gun, a GAU-4 Vulcan looks like and how it fucking operates, and that the belt feed is actually a rail slide canalising the belt and not a loose belt dangling in midair like your picture gives away?
And why are the copper-colored thingies (I assume these are the projectiles?) falling to the ground, and the casings, too?

No it isn't very tall compared to larger mechs.Yea, i was thinking about changing it to a Vulcan because it seemed more accurate, maybe a 25mm, but then it wouldn't be 7 barreled i don't think. i am aware that the typical GAU cannons use rail fed bullets, i just like the way the loose rounds look, and i have trouble making rails. The copper things are casings, it's not the typical 30 mm explosive or armor piercing round hence the small casing. keep in mind its the future and the technology isn't the same.

Yeah, but weapons technology won't be reversed from this point onwards.
Physics doesn't change all of a sudden, see?

I don't see why you care about the details so much, why you would say that it is less advanced because the casings are smaller, nor do i know why you're saying it isn't physically realistic. oh and nor do i care, you're getting a little bit to close to rude and i don't like it. i would appreciate if you didn't reply and when you give criticism have the primary goal of helping and not trying to look like a smart ass.

Well, if you can't stand criticism, why do you post it on the internet, then? Nobody asked or forced you to do so, right?

All i was asking for is constructive criticism not smart assism. All you were doing was telling me what was wrong with it and how i messed up, maybe suggesting something that would help i might not be so offended and possibly even grateful, i don't know why you would go around commenting on some one's work for the sake of pointing out mistakes. The whole point of commenting is for helping.

Basically i'm just saying i would rather hear some one telling me
"the bullet casing looks to small, is there a reason for that, maybe you could fix it"
instead of something sarcastic and smart ass like
"Yeah, but weapons technology won't be reversed from this point onwards"

and since you ignored my request i'm blocking you out of pure frustration due to your persistence in telling me what i did wrong.

for someone simple minded-
constructive criticism = =)
accusations of what i did wrong = =(

Sorry, i forgot to delete that part of the description, the older one i made had a nuke in its hand. It's mostly a suit but the legs extend outwards and the arms are completely RC robotic.

Thanks,
and yea, they already have technology that is a thousand time better than any insurgent in the guerrilla warfare today though. It would be fun to crush some evil scum bags in a nice piece of death machine like this though =D

As would I, i believe they turn these into actual porta pottys since they're not much use after they have decimated the enemy.

Badass!!! This is a very minor feature in the grand scheme of this picture, but I think it looks really cool how the casings are falling to the floor...How'd you do that? Did you just place them in 3D space, or make them drop with a physics/gravity simulator and then render them in mid-drop? Either way it looks pretty realistic.

It's not to difficult, i just rotate them and move them in a random order that seems like they're dropping. I've found a way to make a physics simulation but it's too much work to get them in the position using sketchyphysics.
